Stayed in double room with balcony which was perfect for me. All the staff was extremely helpful, solved my issues. The location was best possible and comfortable, with restaurants and bars close to the hotel.

Had fine stay in this modern hotel, the staff were courteous, location was amazing in the Center of Hanoi. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruits, same food served everyday and had something for everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed convenient placing of a safe box, multi-channel TV and a mini fridge bar in the a single room. Location: the property was next to the party area of hanoi, Very close to the night market and the centre. I dined next door to the hotel at Bo Nuong Xuan Xuan.
